Trademark

Trademark is a distinctive sign or indicator used by an individual, business organization, or other legal entity which may be a word signature, name, device, label, numerals or combination of colours, to identify the products or services to consumers with which to distinguish its products or services or other articles of commerce to distinguish it from other similar goods or services originating from a different individual, business organization, undertaking.
