Search Report
IIf any closely related trademark/logo have already granted or has applied for in the same class, along with all details of the application & applicant.
Application
The application has to be in specified format, to be submitted along with necessary fees. All the details of the processing will be intimated to you directly by the Registry
Reply to the Examination Report
For this report of objection or existence of identical mark, or both, you have to reply by way of an affidavit along with all substantial grounds of clarification & proofs to prove your credential.
Hearing
An appearance before the registrar of trademarks either in person or through trademark agent or attorney for removing the objections raised under examination report issued earlier
Advertisement
Registry may then move to advertise in the Trademarks journal, if there is no objection from the public or from other applicants upon the advertisement, the Registry will move again to advertise, “AS ACCEPTED.”
Permanent Registration
On successful completion of the above said two advertisements the Registry grand you the permanent registration certificate. (By post, directly into your address)
Renewal
This is renewable tenure is 10 years. The renewal process is very simple and takes no time.
